- (Polled) Agent Gary Jess Quest sex scene - Whilst on the Jess Quest, players can now offer to have penetrative sex with Agent Gary rather than just offering oral. Players will be fucked roughly in their vagina or anus (depending on genitals), and fertile female players can be impregnated by him.
- (Commissioned) Rachel mutual oral - Players can ask Rachel if she wants to have sex with them, where they'll head to a nearby bathroom and take turns giving each other oral. Doing this will cost the player an energy, require them not to be in chastity, and will require them to have hung out with her at least once to access.
- (Commissioned) Rachel hang out - After unlocking the ability to hang out with Rachel in the Medical plaza, players can now hang out with her to find out more about her. Doing so costs one energy, and will unlock the option to ask her to have sex with them.
- (Commissioned) Ask Rachel about her transformation - Players can now find out more about Rachel's double-tailed snow-fox transformation, unlocking it also in the Clinic and Fur Life.
- (Commissioned) Ask Rachel about what transformed her - Players can now find out more about what transformed Rachel and the ongoings of the various science teams.
- (Commissioned) Rachel transformations - Players can now get snow-fox ears and a double snow-fox tail from either Fur Life or the Clinic after having unlocked it by talking to Rachel. The prices in Fur Life are cheaper than the Clinic, and both transformations are yet to have avatar image parts added for them (but hopefully will do soon).

- (Commissioned) ABDL Aurora rocking horse masturbation scene - After having met Aurora players in the ABDL nursery can now encounter her if they undertake the rocking horse minor job and then decide to masturbate. In this scene Aurora turns up with the same idea mid-way through the player already having started, and enjoys herself beside them.
- (Commissioned) ABDL Aurora + Polly nap time scene - After having met Aurora players in the ABDL nursery can now encounter her and Polly whilst on the nap-time minor job. In this scene the pair will be playing under a blanket, but the player won't get a full answer of what they're up to.
- (Commissioned) Hucow Oats vending machine - A healthy new oat-feed foodstuff has been added to the vending machine in the dorm for players with either Lactation or Pet-Play content active. This food is slightly more expensive than normal, but is health (and will later be considered filling), and offers a unique bonus to lactating players.
- (Commissioned) Hucow Oats pantry - There is also a new scene for players who've purchsed Hucow Oat-Feed to eat it from their pantry interface.
- (Commissioned) Hucow Oats lactation boost - Eating Hucow Oat-Feed, either from purchase through the vending machine or from the Automatic Feed Trough, will see their lactation production boosted by 10% for the rest of the day, and their lactation value also be increased by 10% for the remainder of the day.
- (Commissioned) Automatic Feed Trough furniture item - Available at Kitten Kaboodle, players can now buy a special hucow-themed furniture item which will provide for them 1 serving of Hucow Oat-Feed each day. This serving, however, must be eaten from the trough and does not stack in the pantry.

- Adaptive Avatar System Expansion - Even more additions to the character avatar image system, including; penis sizes, body shapes, more tails, the first wings, replacement balls, and lots of minor alterations to make the system work better.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training - Players with pregnancy content active can now undergo prenatal training lessons to better be able to manage their pregnancy needs. This will ensure that the pregnancy exhaustion de-buff occurs for less time (and no time at all when mastered), and that the player will also have an increased fertility score.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Framework - The framework of the new training option has been added, including the tablet entry regarding it.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Main - The initial scene part that plays in every prenatal training session has been added.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Consultation Session - In the first prenatal training lesson players will have a consultation session where they're informed more about managing their pregnancy.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Exercise Session - In the second prenatal training lesson the player will be instructed about a variety of small exercises which will help them manage their pregnancy better.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Life Plan Session - In the third prenatal training lesson the player will have a lifestyle plan put together for them, helping them to make minor alterations to their routine to further increase their pregnancy health and fertility.
- (Polled) Prenatal Training Extras - Three variants of the previous training scenes have been added for players who have mastered the prenatal training skill.
- (Polled) Lollipop Special Service Fem-Dom - Players with 25 cat-girl relationship (might lower that number still), can pay 500 G.G.P to have sex with Lollipop through the cat-girl services menu. In the scene Lollipop will boss about the player, demand praise and head pats, and then ride them (with allowances for penis/vagina/strap-on sex).
- Cat-girl Job Staff Room Cleaning Job Encounter - In a new tier 1 cat-girl job encounter the player will meet Agent Davis briefly whilst cleaning a staff break room.
- Cat-girl Job Serving With Mipsy Job Encounter - This tier 2 cat-girl job encounter sees the player working with Mipsy to serve a table.
- Cat-girl Job Fan Meet And Greet Job Encounter - The tier 3 cat-girl job encounter has the player meet a male or female fan (depending on their sexual preferences) who gets a bit too handsy, and explains a little more about fans of the cat-maids.

0.4.14(a) change log (1,474,171 words, and 2126 passages)
- Pregnancy - Female players can now become fertile, which in turn allows them to become pregnant. The players fertility rate determines their pregancny chance, with additional stats determining the amount of children in the pregnancy. The children are partially randomly generated, some of the details being based on the father. Having children will offer a payout to players, and that payout can be increased if they put the child up for adoption. Keeping your children, however, will cost a small amount of upkeep each day (50 G.G.P per child - capped at 500). This is a pretty complex system, I'll leave the overview at that.
- 4 Pregnancy progression scenes where the player sees their pregnancy advance. These scenes also update the current description of the player's pregnancy, and triggers any relavent traits that are gained through the pregnancy process.
- Pregnancy Childbirth - A length series of scenes where the player goes into labor and gives birth, naming their children and being paid for each one born. Players can get additional payment by putting their new children up for adoption, whilst keeping them will increase their upkeep by 50 G.G.P per day (capped at 500 G.G.P).

- Pregnancy lactation - Players who have lactation content active will start lactating during pregnancy. Additonally, pregnant players who lactate will trigger a trait Pregnancy Lactation where they produce 20% more lactative fluid and it's worth 10% more, for the duration of their pregnancy. Finally, they will also recieve a small breast size increase at one stage of pregnancy, and some little extra parts of the pregnancy scenes describing all of this.
- Morning Interrupts - Players can now be have scenes interrupt them in the morning after doing their morning routine. This allows all sorts of new scene options to play.
- 3 new Fertility Booster treatments/traits to increase the players fertility score.
- 3 new Virility Booster treatments/traits to increase the players virility score.
- 3 new Pregnancy Speed Booster treatments/traits which decrease the time between pregnancy progression stages.
- 3 new Multiple Pregnancy Chance Booster treatments/traits which increase the chance of players having multiple children from a pregnancy.
- 2 new traits to indicate whether the player is Fertile/Virile.
- 2 new traits which improve Fertility and pregnancy bonuses, gained by giving birth to 3 children, and then 10 children.
- 2 new traits which improve Virility and impregnation bonuses, gained by fathering 3 children, and then 10 children.
- A new negative trait that triggers during pregnancy and lowers the players sandbox energy/actions by 1.
- A new trait for lactation content players during pregnancy, where they produce 20% more lactative fluid and the value of their lactative fluid is increased by 10%.
- New prenatal training skill (currently inaccessible) which will increase the players fertility score and lower the time they suffer from pregnancy exhaustion.
- Updated introduction to handle new pregnancy content, both slightly changing Davis's shower sex interactions if the player is using Always Fertile mode, and giving the player an additional treatment if they have Always Fertile mode active.

- (Polled) 10 new sex toys - Sex toys have been added to the game, purchasable from Planet Orgasmos. Players can use this new sex toys primarily for masturbation, however, dildos can also be used within the strap-on harness.
- (Polled) 5 new sex toy masturbation scenes - New scenes for using the various new sex toys have been added, including; masturbating with a cock ring on, using a vibe on your clit, using a dildo/vibrator on your vagina, using a dildo/vibrator on your anus, and using a sybian.
- Strap-on wardrobe interface - Players now have a section within the wardrobe for selecting which dildo they want to equip in their strap-on.
- Strap-on sex scenes - Currently there are 4 scenes with strap-on allowance; f***ing Villin doggy-style, f***ing Villin on her concert date, doggy-style f***ing Felicity after doing her quest, and sex with the new female brothel courtesan. To access the strap-on variants of these scenes the player needs to lack a penis.
- (Polled) Riley Cat-Girl Maid job encounter - In the cleaning tier of the Cat-Girl Maid job players can now find an encounter where they're helping Riley in the kitchen, only for Lollipop to offer them a bribe to prank Riley. The player can choose to go along with this or to ignore the offer.
- Mipsy pantry Cat-Girl Maid Job encounter - In the cleaning tier of the Cat-Girl Maid job players can get a task to clean out the pantry, finding something surprising as they do.
- Fluffball drinks Cat-Girl Maid Job encounter - In the server tier of the Cat-Girl Maid job players can get a task to work with the shy Fluffball on a special drinks order.
- Bella's Anime Show Cat-Girl Maid Job encounter - In the special tier of the Cat-Girl Maid job players can get a task to help Bella with her special project to perform a stage show of a scene from an anime she enjoys. Also featuring Mipsy.
- (Commissioned) ABDL Potty - Players can now purchase an adult potty from the general store. The potty requires the player to either have been diaper trained or to have the incontinence chip, along with not having a diaper locked on them, and being close to needing to use the bathroom.
- (Commissioned) ABDL Sherwin & Scott oral encounter - After meeting Sherwin and her 'Daddy' Scott previously, players can now encounter them again when travelling to jobs. In this meeting, players will be offered to join in with Sherwin to give Scott oral.

- Brothel male sex scene - Players can now ride the cock (vaginally or anally depending on genitals) of a male brothel worker in exchange for 500 G.G.P.
- Brothel female sex scene - Players can now f*** doggy style a female brothel worker in exchange for 500 G.G.P. Those without a penis can use a strap-on instead if they have one with a dildo equipped within it.
- Glory-Hole male sex scene - Players can now pay 200 G.G.P to receive oral from a male glory-hole worker.
- Glory-Hole female sex scene - Players can now pay 200 G.G.P to receive oral from a female glory-hole worker.
- Tilly first date (masculine version) - For those on the masculinization focus or on no focus but with more masculinity than femininity, Tilly on her first date will instead try to convince you to wear a suit. The suit is a special new outfit given to the player, with the scene playing out similarly with Tilly attempting to convince them to stay around the facility.
- Alice (roommate) alt character appearance - Alice when in robot roommate form now has an alternative nude appearance image players can change her into.
- Alice (roommate) appearance conversation) - Players who have Alice as a roommate can now talk to her about her appearance and what kind of outfits she likes.

- (Polled) 26 Piercings Added To Game - There are now 26 piercings in the game over 8 piercing slots. These piercing slots are; ear lobes, upper ear, septum, nostril, nipple, clit, belly button, and tongue. Piercings are complex item types, which means they hold full item data (more important for me but it means they can do more complex things within the code).
- (Polled) Wardrobe Piercings - Players can, after getting their first piercing, now access a section of the wardrobe for managing the piercings they have.
- (Polled) Piercing Examine - Players who have piercings or who have been pierced can now see that information and that description within the character examine tab.
- (Polled) The Inkspot Main - A new store has been added to the Medical Hub sandbox location, where players can buy piercings and the piercing procedures. It's run by a terse green haired alt-girl named Isadora (or Izzy as she demands), and has an extensive menu with varied prices.
- (Polled) The Inkspot First Visit - The first visit to The Inkspot has a special encounter where the player meets Isadora, getting to know her and the store a little better.
- (Polled) The Inkspot Piercing Procedure Menu - Players can look at the menu of available piercing procedures, along with the cost of getting them.
- (Polled) The Inkspot Piercings - Players can get pierced in 8 different places for a cost by Isadora, with a scene of that process happening for each.
- (Polled) The Inkspot Stock Page - There's a stock page for The Inkspot which covers all the piercings on sale. Piercings available will only show after the player has been pierced in the appropriate location, as otherwise they would not be interested in buying the piercing jewellery.
- (Polled) The Inkspot Sale Pages - There are 26 sale interactions for piercings from The Inkspot, though most are pretty similar as Isadora isn't much for small talk.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Opponent Selection - A much nicer interface for opponent selection is now in place, giving you a little information about the opponents and gating your choices based on your sexual preference and who you've met.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Random Opponent - You can now select a random opponent to face, based on the pool of possible opponents you have access to based on your sexual preference and who you've met.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Aurora Access - Players can now talk to Aurora in the sandbox to challenge her to a game of Diaper Racing, using up an energy point and leading to slightly different scenes.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Cum Bottles - Cum bottles are now in play when facing either Aurora or Allie, and will make the player cum messy when selected.

- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Jonathan Rules - Shawn's special rule is now in the game, where every round he calls an option which neither party should access, if the player choses it they will be punished.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Hannah Rules - Hannah's special rule is that she can be randomly punished for being a brat, giving the player an additional advantage in her matches.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Kristen Sabotages - Kristen's special rule is that 'glitches' will cause misfortune to happen to Kristen up to 3 times per match, giving the player an additional advantage in her matches.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Allie Rule - Allie once per match can start a cum party, which effectively over feeds her and the player with cum, but also makes Allie decrease back to minimal anger. Only will appear if cum fetish is active.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Sherwin Rule - Sherwin's special rule is that she can avoid negative events during the game, but only so long as she isn't at full anger. Avoiding negative events will still make her angry though, meaning that her benefit won't last for too long.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Double-Up - Katie and Billy's special rule is that they can call 'Double-up' rounds three times per game, during which both themselves and the player are fed (or given drink) twice with the choice that round.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Malus Cheats - Malus's special rule is that during his match his carer Aunt Agnes will cheat ... blatantly.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Daisy Tea Party - Once per match Daisy can call a 'tea party' during which her and the player have to eat and drink. The tea party will be longer if the angrier the player has made her, and is less impactful on Daisy giving her a clear advantage.
- (Commissioned) Diaper Racing Shawn Rule - Shawn's max food/drink capacity will now decrease every round, getting much worse over time.

- New interactive travel menu added replacing the old one.
- Medical Plaza Location - Players can now travel to the Medical Plaza through the sandbox travel menu, there are two new random encounters here, along with the Clinic location and the new Alice's Experimentation Lab location.
- Medical Plaza Scientist's Encounter - 5% of the time players can overhear a conversation between two facility scientists.
- Medical Plaza Shopping Girls Encounter - 5% of the time players can overhear a conversation between two late teens girls who are on a shopping trip.
- Anniversary Event Encounter - Players playing in July can visit the Medical Plaza to encounter the one-time seasonal event. Find out more about 'Founders Day' and get yourself two new special pieces of apparel ^_^
- Alice's Experimentation Lab Location - This new location allows for players to; buy new special expensive bio-mods to help them, be paid to participate in negative experiments, and pay to remove negative special traits from themselves. This location has a completely different set of interactions for players who have finished Alice's quest (either outcome).
- Alice's Experimental Participation Interface - Players can select to participate in numerous experiments (gated by their selected fetishes). Currently available experiments are; sex addiction induction experiment, cum addiction induction experiment (cum fetish required), bimbo hypnosis experiment (requires bimbo hypnosis fetish), forced lactation experiment (requires lactation fetish), incontinence chip installation (requires watersports fetish).
- Alice's Experimental Countermeasures Interface - Players can select to undo various negative traits for a steep cost. Things that can be undone are all listed in the participation list above, and usually cost in the region of 10k G.G.P.
- Alice's Bio-Mod Purchase Interface - Players can purchase positive experimental procedures for a large cost through this interfaces. Currently available options are; Energy Booster, Weight Regulator, Muscle Regulator.
- Weight Regulator Bio-Mod - Costs 5k G.G.P and gives +/- 3 points of weight each day upon waking up to the player in aid of progressing their weight towards the average score of 50.
- Muscle Regulator Bio-Mod - Costs 5k G.G.P and gives +/- 3 points of muscle each day upon waking up to the player in aid of progressing their muscle build towards the average score of 50.
- Energy Booster Bio-Mod - Costs 10k G.G.P and gives the player an extra maxiumum sandbox action.
